Ehh nobody can beat Ye in my mind. Kanye has come up with so many revolutionary ideas in hip hop, and has fundamentally changed the landscape of rap several times. Eminem has had some great albums, but he hasn't had anywhere near the effect of many other rappers, aside from the fact that he is one of the few mainstream white rappers.
